Our Programs

Dover Country Day School is a coeducational child development center
located in Toms River, NJ. Our facility was specially designed with children in mind.

Pre-School
Our program is designed for the two and a half to three year old child. It provides a chance for the child to interact with others. Self discipline is introduced and rules and regulations are part of the program. Activities include dramatic play, using their hands to put things together, lots of conversation and learning to listen and follow directions. Music and arts& crafts are also part of the program.

Pre-School
Our developmentally appropriate program is designed for the four year old or the five year old who has missed the cut off age for kindergarten. Through a number of hands-on activities, the children are exposed to listening skills, sequential thinking, letter and number formation, science, social studies and arts & crafts. Children learn to take responsibility for their own behavior and begin to solve their own problems.
